Long Island's first waterpowered grist mill (1644) features early tools, exgibits relating to the history of Water Mill, Milling of grain and fulling of cloth; water-powered corn-grinding demonstrations.
The Water Mill Museum's hours are as followed, 11am - 5pm Mon., Thur - Sat., 1-5pm. Sun. Memorial Day through mid - September; call for group tours.
