Come Celebrate With the Holiday Passport, Winterfest, and Other Events and Activities

HAUPPAUGE, NY -(November 20, 2006)- A waterfront village transformed into a Charles Dickens-like story land; gilded Gold Coast mansions along the North Shore bejeweled in the finest holiday splendor; hot-mulled wine at the vineyards; and a giant roadside duck bedecked in holiday garb are just some of the ways Long Island invites you to celebrate the season.

Vienna Boys Choir at Tilles Center
The Emperor Maximillan established on of the world's oldest boy's vocal ensembles, the Vienna Boys Choir, more than 500 years ago. The ensemble presently consists of about 100 choristers between the ages of 10 and 14; they are divided into four touring choirs. Numbers of famed musicians have come through the ranks of the choir, including Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, operetta composer Karl Zeller and conductor Josef Sucher. The Vienna Choir Boys have given concerts with almost all of the great conductors of the 20th century. At Tilles Center the choir will perform enchanting classics and holiday favorites that will captivate audiences of all ages.
